I have been a fan and used NSP products for years. I still think many of them are wonderful, specifically the advanced aminos and the beef liver capsules. However, the new formulation of the milk and egg protein introduced a year ago is vastly inferior to the original formula in both quality of ingredients used and taste.
The old classic formula included important ingredients such as pepsin and bromelain to assist digestion. The new milk and egg protein now includes xanthan gum which disrupts one’s gut. I wish the company would return to the older formula which was quite special, and one that I recommended to many others for its exceptional quality. The new version is simply not near as good as the original.
Finally, I did not receive one bottle of the advanced aminos with my shipment. I have emailed NSP multiple times and have called the customer service line dozens of times in the three plus weeks since receiving my order. No one ever answers and NSP does not leave one the option of leaving a voicemail. I hope that in writing this review it will not only bring attention to the issues with the new milk and egg protein, but also that my delivery issue is resolved.
To sum up, all the other products I have used are still the same wonderful quality, but the milk and egg protein introduced a year ago is not worth purchasing in my opinion.
