SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Thank you for being an NSP Nutrition customer!

1. SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed before 12:00pm Eastern time on weekdays typically ship same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm will ship next business day. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will ship on the next business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of Orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Items that are on pre-order will be shipped as soon as they become available on the announced date on our Website’s product page.

Digital books are fulfilled immediately. A downloadable copy of the book(s) will be sent via email to the customer's email address once the order is complete.

We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. 

All apparel products are print-on-demand. Depending on the volume of the order, it may take 2-8 days to produce your item.

 

Missing or Incomplete Orders

  • If you received a package with missing items, please contact us at support@nspnutrition.com
  • Any claims for damaged orders or missing items must be received within 24 hours (on business days) of receipt of package.  
  • If more than 15 days has passed since your domestic package was shipped and it has still not been delivered, please contact usso we can assist you. 

 

Returned Package

  • In the event that your package was returned to our warehouse due to the entry of an incorrect address at checkout and/or other inaccurate information provided during checkout, you will be responsible for paying any additional shipping and handling fees to reship your order.
  • If you request a refund, you will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee as well as any incremental shipping costs. These costs and fees will be deducted from your refund. Please see the return policy for additional terms and conditions.


  1. Shipping Charges

    Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax.

 

We offer free shipping on orders above $75 to the contiguous United States

B. International Shipping & Orders

We are not responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties, customs or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility. 

If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy above.

2. RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Return Policy

We offer a 15 day return for eligible merchandise. Refunds are provided in the form of nspnutrittion.com Gift Cards, which exclude original shipping costs. Refunds for items returned within 15 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges).  You are responsible to pay for the return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective.

In the following conditions are not met, NSP Nutrition reserves the right to charge 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.

  • The items must be returned for refund or exchange within 15 daysof original purchase
  • Items and packaging must be received in new condition
  • The original packaging must not be damaged
  • Orders shipped outside the United States are noteligible for return 
  • Packaging must include all original items
  • Return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt

 

Before returning the package you need to contact NSP Nutrition support at (support@nspnutrition.com) to get instructions on your return.


Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your order, you can as long as the order has not yet been fulfilled. If the order you want to cancel has been fulfilled, the order cannot be canceled.
