REFUND POLICY

Customer's responsibilities

  • NSP Nutrition is not liable for any products damaged or lost in transit.
  • Tracking information of the shipping address is available on the shipping carrier’s website.
  • We will send all shipping information and tracking numbers via email once Your Order has been shipped.
  • Please note that We can only contact carrier regarding canceled shipments by the shipping company and are not authorized to make changes, add notes and instructions once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Delivered to a wrong address

If Your package is delivered to a wrong address, please contact the shipping carrier to file a complaint.

Package was returned to our warehouse

  • NSP Nutrition provides all accurate information to the shipping carrier that you chose at checkout.
  • In the event that Your package was returned to our warehouse due to wrong address, inaccurate information provided during checkout and failure to comply with customs requirements, duties and taxes (for international orders), You will be responsible for paying additional shipping fee to reship Your Order.
  • For refund request, You will be responsible for the restocking fee of 15% of the Item’s sold value (discount/s applied) and shipping fee which will be deducted to the total amount that you paid.

Missing or incomplete orders

  • NSP Nutrition holds several warehouses which results in possible splitting of shipments. Several factors like packaging and weight may also result in splitting of Your Order.
  • If you were not able to receive your complete order, please check your email for the other tracking number.
  • In the event that it is more than 15 days and you still have not received your complete Order, please contact us so we can assist you. 

Claims for Missing Items

Any claims for damaged orders or missing items must be received within 24 hours (on business days) of the receipt of the package.

In case the following conditions are not met, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee or refuse the return:

  • The original items and packaging must include all original items and must be received in new condition and not damaged
  • For missing products, we are requiring a photo of packaging label/slip and a photo of the package with the products you received.
  • Before returning the package, you need to contact our support for a return label and instructions on your return.

For Damaged in Transit:

We can send a replacement or refund as soon as a customer notifies us of the damaged products or package/s within 24 hours (on business days) of the receipt of the package.

Requirement for Damage Claim:

  • In case the following conditions are not met, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.
  • Retail invoice for the affected order (Confirmation email).
  • Photos of the packaging that arrived damaged.
  • Photos that depict all damages to the products.

Confirmed Lost Packages:

  • We can only provide a refund for confirmed lost/damaged packages after 15 days have passed since the last carrier tracking update.
  • We can offer the customer the option to reship the order or a refund for the order.

This shipping policy is effective as of January 2024 and may be updated without notice.

eBooks

  • eBooks are not eligible for refund. All sales are final.
