I did the old school version of the steak & egg diet. No breakfast 4 eggs 1 pound steak for lunch then supper it’s really hard at first but luckily eggs are my favorite food so I didn’t get burnt out on it but I did it for 3 1/2 months and lost around 20 pounds and that was absolutely no working out at all just going to my normal daily job in short I went from ( 245 to 225 ) in that time as long as you stick to it it. It will work

The way vince taught me was any meat and eggs as much as I wanted ,breakfast and dinner then on the 3rd day have carbs at dinner.That was from the man himself but then Vince did Taylor everything to the individual
